Design//Pattern//Fabricate

From a family of fiber artists, engineers, and musicians, I came to the world with a love for art, technique, and tools. Professionally trained in ballet from age 7, having planted nearly 1 million trees, apprenticing then working years as a clockmaker, all led to the Fashion Design program at Los Angeles Trade Technical College. Directly out of school, I originated the dance wear line Chovihani. Projects have included a wide array of styles, techniques, and materials when working with conceptual and performing artists, the film and commercial industries, private companies, and custom clients. Currently I am principal dancer (and designer/costumer) with Gulistan Dance Theater.
